José Miguel Valdivia is a partner at Valdivia Legal and has brought his extensive experience to the firm since 1999. He holds a PhD and LLM from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LLB from Universidad de Chile. He specialises in general administrative law. Renowned for his expertise, he frequently advises other legal practitioners. With over two decades of teaching experience, he has helped shape many public law professionals. He is the author of numerous academic articles and a leading book on administrative law. Before joining Valdivia Legal, he led the public law team at Barros, Letelier & González for more than ten years.

Juan Francisco Sánchez is managing partner at Valdivia Legal and specialises in general administrative law, public law dispute resolution and urban planning. He has an LLB and

MSc in regulation from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, demonstrating a commitment to continuous development. He advises national and international clients and is recognised as a promising next-generation partner. Before joining Valdivia Legal, he led the public law team at Correa Squella and held associate positions at FerradaNehme and CorreaGubbins.
