NCSA The NCSA has the power, among others, to issue warnings about infringements, adopt bind - ing instructions and guidelines, and order the entities concerned to cease conduct. Depending on the violation of Law 5160/2024, the NCSA is authorised to impose administrative sanctions, covering a wide range of possible fines.
of their affiliation to video sharing platforms established in Greece, the following sanctions may be imposed:
• recommendation for compliance; • a fine of between EUR1,000 and EUR500,000;
• the temporary suspension of the operation of the platform for a period of between one day and three months; or • permanent suspension of the operation of the platform.
