Geoffrey Scardoni is head of the tax and pensions practice at Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office and boasts over 15 years
of experience advising institutional investors,
corporates and banks in the finance and capital markets sectors. He specialises in complex national and cross-border financing transactions, structured debt, and the establishment of financing and securitisation platforms. An avocat à la Cour with the Barreau de Luxembourg, Geoffrey holds a Master’s in business and tax law from Université de Nancy II and a postgraduate diploma in European business law. He lectures on tax law at the University of Luxembourg and frequently speaks at international seminars.
