their New Zealand transactions. David has completed all three levels of examinations for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programme. He has over 15 years’ experience leading complex event-driven financing transactions (including LBOs, acquisition finance, special situations and restructuring transactions) across the capital structure in Europe, Asia and the US, having been based for many years with leading US law firms in those markets before returning to New Zealand.
