John Olden is a corporate partner at Addleshaw Goddard Ireland with expertise in private M&A, venture capital, private equity transactions and partnership law. He advises on

corporate restructurings, cross- border transactional work and joint ventures for private companies. She also advises on company law and corporate governance, including corporate reorganisations, extraction of funds and assets, distributions and capital maintenance. In recent years, Leonora has advised Sonder Hospitality, Moduslink, Inditex, Homefocus, the Mercantile Group, Glanmore Foods, Samworth Brothers and Edmundson Electrical. Leonora was head of the corporate department until 2018 and sat on the firm’s management board for ten years. She is also a member of the DSBA.
