Doreen Mescal is a partner on the corporate team at Addleshaw Goddard working across a range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, commercial
clients across a range of sectors including telecoms, renewables, technology and energy. John advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity fundraising and investments, joint ventures and inward investment projects. In the last year, John acted on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Medray Imaging Systems Limited. He also recently advised on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Airtraks Limited by Reinhard Mohn GmbH.

Doreen’s particular expertise is in venture capital and early-stage investment work, for both funder and investee clients across various sectors, most particularly in healthcare. Doreen has experience advising US listed entities and has worked on large-scale public transactions such as IPOs. Doreen is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and tutors on its Professional Practice Course. She is also a member of the DSBA and a volunteer solicitor with Free Legal Advice Centres.
