Jenny Sandvig is a partner at Simonsen Vogt Wiig. She specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. She started her legal career at the Attorney General’s Office, where she
extensive experience in dispute resolution concerning construction projects, as well as other commercial disputes. He has argued a large number of court cases, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway. Knud has also acted as counsel in several national and international arbitration cases, and has argued cases under ICC, NOMA, UNCITRAL and SCC rules. He also sits as arbitrator in both national and international arbitration cases.
worked as a counsel and litigation attorney on a large number of cases in administrative law, and was part of several teams, including international law, EEA law and tax law. Jenny was Policy Director for the Norwegian National Institution for Human Rights (NHRI) for three years, and also has wide experience from international courts, such as the EFTA Court, the UN treaty bodies and the European Court of Human Rights.
Oda Lauksund Engamo is an associate in Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s dispute resolution team. She specialises in construction
law dispute resolution and assists both Norwegian and international clients with disputes related to construction and other legal areas.
