Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz (ACCRALAW) is one of the largest institutional law firms in the country, and has over 50 years of experience in providing excellent legal ser- vice. She is a member of the International Council for Commercial Patricia Kay L Tysmans- Clemente is a partner at Arbitration, a member and trained Arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc, and an accredited construction adjudicator.

Rowena L Garcia-Flores is a senior partner at ACCRALAW, and started practice at the firm soon after obtaining her Juris Doctor degree. Excelling in academics, she was the
Salutatorian of her batch and ranked sixth in the 1989 Bar Examinations. Her practice in the field of civil law includes damage suits, estate cases, contractual disputes, property disputes, product liability, constitutional issues, elections, insolvency, insurance and family relations. Her litigation experience in criminal law includes defending or prosecuting the accused in complaints for murder, violation of anti-graft law, swindling, libel, illegal possession of firearms, and theft. Ms Flores also has extensive experience in tax litigation. She was one of the finalists for the 2020 ALB Woman Lawyer of the Year.
