14.2 Growth Areas There are several types of disputes that are growing, including (i) disputes regarding com- pensation for breach of competition law, and (ii) disputes concerning the succession of family businesses to the younger generation. New leg- islation on family foundations has just entered into force, but disputes over succession are still expected to grow.
• introduced stricter rules regarding written pleadings, ie, the obligation to distinguish statements, assertions and motions; • reinstated the participation of jurors in the jury panels; and • introduced the remote hearings. On 14 May 2024, a Codification Commission was established to prepare an amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure and Civil Code, but the details of the intended amendment have not been announced yet.
