Although Decree-Law 114-A/2023 brings new features, it has not yet been sufficiently analysed and studied. Possibly due to the complexity of the transposition and the incompatibility of the nature of the two regimes, the impact of the col- lective arbitration doctrine on the regime in Por- tugal has not been studied much. However, across borders, collective arbitration has not only been discussed but effectively reg- ulated. Developments are expected in the near future in this area in particular, and it is likely that this type of arbitration will see a noticeable increase.
