Shumin Lin has an active disputes practice and is experienced in complex contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, company law issues and tortious actions.
See Chern Yang is a civil commercial litigator with a focus on company and contractual
claims, medical and other professional misconduct or negligence and family matrimonial matters. He has experience as a certified international mediator and is appointed to different panels in various countries, including the Singapore International Mediation Centre, WIPO AMC, China and Vietnam. In 2015, Chern Yang was awarded the Outstanding Court Volunteer (Advocate and Solicitor) by the State Courts of Singapore in recognition of his mediation work. He is currently Co-Chair of the Law Society of Singapore Mediation Committee.
She also has particular experience with freezing injunction, and has handled judicial reviews, competition investigations and dawn raids. Shumin has acted for a wide range of clients from various industries before the Singapore courts and in international arbitrations. This includes acting for companies in the web3, retail, hospitality and shipping industries, as well as venture capitalists and high net worth individuals.
