Christopher Stridh is a partner in the dispute resolution practice
at Delphi and specialises in commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration. Christopher’s experience covers disputes within a wide range of areas and industry sectors, including insurance, energy, construction, licence disputes and disputes arising from M&A and public offerings. Christopher also regularly gives advice to clients on matters concerning product liability and various other issues of professional liability.

In relation to domestic court litigation, Simon has twice brought cases before the Swedish Supreme Court. He is a former member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, and currently serves on the ICC Commission’s ICC Working Group “Expedited Procedure Provisions and Update of Commission Reports”.
Mikaela Tysk is an associate in the dispute resolution practice group at Delphi and specialises in arbitration and litigation. Prior to joining Delphi she served as a law clerk at a district court in Sweden.
