Nigel Ebanks is a partner at Barrow and Williams LLP and was admitted to practice in Belize in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Crown Counsel in the Office of the
Darinka Muñoz joined Barrow and Williams LLP as an associate in 2019. She represents clients in diverse commercial and civil litigation at multiple levels of the court system. In addition to her advocacy work, she advises corporations and individuals in commercial, labour and immigration matters. Darinka is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Director of Public Prosecutions. Nigel’s practice encompasses both commercial transactions and litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation. He has appeared in various cross-border disputes and has considerable experience in asset tracing and recovery. He practises in both trial work and appellate advocacy, and is a member of the Bar Association of Belize.
