the largest and most complex legal disputes in Danish legal history. Thomas has exceptional experience in handling very large cases, and manages multiple cases with a value of more than DKK1 billion. He is a Certified Arbitrator and a member of the Danish Supreme Court Bar Association, the Association of Trial lawyers, the Association for Compensation and Insurance Law and the International Insurance Law Association (AIDA). has experience in handling disputes. She has the right to appear before the High Court and is a certified mediator. Anne specialises in French-Danish relations, advising French clients on Danish legal matters and Danish clients on French legal matters. She has also practised law in France. Anne Mie Lund is a partner at Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine and
handling complex international commercial disputes, including commercial and M&A disputes and cases regarding commercial agents and sole distributors. Søren has extensive experience in international arbitration in both German and English, and has successfully conducted cases for ICC Paris, the Danish Arbitration Institute, Stockholm Arbitration, Luxembourg Arbitration and more. He also specialises in German-Danish relations, advising German clients on Danish legal matters.
