Mohamed Osama has been part of the Egyptian judiciary and Public Prosecution Office for over two decades, during which he has developed a deep understanding of the judicial
Hana Elbarbary is an associate at Shehata & Partners. She holds both a French LLB from Sorbonne University’s Institut de Droit des Affaires Internationales (IDAI) and an Egyptian LLB from
perspective. Having adjudicated countless disputes, particularly in the banking, finance and the labour law sectors, Osama has a unique take on the Egyptian courts’ approach to these disputes. In 2018, Osama joined Shehata & Partners, with his judicial experience, adding incredible value and a new perspective to the firm’s practice, thus providing clients with a better service by dissecting legal issues from both a lawyer’s perspective and the judicial perspective.
Cairo University. Hana has gained valuable experience working at top Egyptian law firms, where she has been involved in tackling complex legal issues in corporate, competition and data protection law. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in international and European Business Law at Sorbonne university’s IDAI, further building on her expertise.
Hamza Shehata has recently joined Shehata & Partners as a junior associate. He has a strong academic foundation as a graduate from Cairo University’s Faculty of Law English Section,
with a Very Good grade. During his internships at top-tier law firms, Hamza gained valuable experience working on corporate, litigation and arbitration matters, primarily focusing on employment law. Driven by a desire to continue learning and growing as a lawyer, Hamza is dedicated to expanding his expertise and advancing his career as a legal practitioner.
