accrued over 30+ years of practice in corporate, commercial (including M&A disputes) and insolvency litigation, with a particular focus on the following sectors: construction and engineering, transport and logistics, and the food and beverage industry. Renato represents clients in domestic litigation before ordinary courts as well as in arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international. He also has substantial experience in handling cross-border disputes.

Simone has over 20 years of experience representing and defending multinational corporations and other major clients in complex civil and commercial litigation, including bankruptcy and restructuring, contracts, corporate law, unfair competition and other business torts and regulatory litigation. He also represents clients in arbitration proceedings. He represents and advises clients in diverse industries, including

oil and gas, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
