Roxana Aispuro has been a partner at BC&B Law & Business since 2024 and holds a master’s degree in bioprocess science, as well as bachelor’s degrees in law and chemical
litigation group. Carlos is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in IP and 22 years’ experience in litigation. He holds a master’s degree in international law from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with postgraduate studies at Georgetown Law Center and Trinity College. Active in various legal associations, Carlos has also taught IP law and contributed to numerous publications and law books.
