Alvin Suryohadiprojo has been practising corporate law since 2013, having worked at SSEK, a

Dimas Nandaraditya has extensive experience in tech, corporate governance, risk management, financial services and M&A. Prior to joining KARNA, Dimas served as group

first-tier corporate law firm in Indonesia, in-house at Gojek, a fast-growing tech start-up in Indonesia, and as an investment analyst at InvestIdea Ventures. This multi-sector background enables Alvin to take a holistic legal approach to business issues – breaking down complexities that clients are facing and counselling them towards practical and innovative solutions. His areas of expertise include M&A, private equity/venture capital investments, digital economy, and general corporate and commercial transactions. Alvin obtained his LLB from Padjadjaran University in Indonesia and his LLM from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dimas also worked at Baker McKenzie for five years in the finance, banking and projects practice group, specialising in structuring, mergers, and project financing. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Universitas Indonesia and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania. Dimas is also an ISO-certified risk governance and management professional.
