G&P Law was founded in 2018 by Georgi Georgiev and Dimitar Petrov, and has since grown into a full- service legal consultancy. In December 2025, Petya Norova joined the firm as a partner. Authors

Marin Sarafov is a senior associate at G&P Law and head of the corporate department. He advises corporate clients and investors on company law, commercial and contract law, corporate and M&A transactions, supporting market entry, structuring and business growth in Bulgaria. Marin gained valuable experience at an international corporate law firm and works closely with both local and foreign investors to provide clear, pragmatic and business-oriented legal guidance. He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

Iva Georgieva is an associate at G&P Law specialising in IP, corporate and commercial law, personal data protection, AML measures, and regulatory compliance. She advises clients on trade mark portfolio

management and protection, corporate maintenance, and the implementation of compliance frameworks, including GDPR and AML policies and procedures. Iva has participated in international projects, including cross-border company acquisitions, supporting the IP and corporate aspects of transactions. After graduating from Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski in 2023, she furthered her studies at a German university, focusing on international and comparative law.

Petya Norova is a partner and head of the real estate department at G&P Law. She specialises in real estate and construction law, zoning and planning, property disputes, expropriation and regulatory matters,

Eduard Milchev is an associate at G&P Law who specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, employment and social security law, contract law, administrative law and private international law. He has experience

with additional expertise in corporate and commercial law. She advises on complex real estate and renewable energy projects, covering the full project life cycle. Petya has led transactions involving EUR2 million in property acquisitions and EUR8 million in renewable energy assets; she advises on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, and authors practical articles on real estate law. She is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

in advising foreign clients within international corporate structures, and has participated in transactions involving acquisitions of Bulgarian companies by foreign investors, particularly in the IT, healthcare, industrial and critical infrastructure sectors. Eduard has been involved in legal due diligence covering corporate, employment and dispute-related risks, as well as in drafting and negotiating transaction documents. He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
