Jessica clerked for the Honorable Kathleen Y. Mackay at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, and chaired the Virgin Islands Bar Association Legislation and Law Reform Committee. She is admitted to the practice of law in the US Virgin Islands, in the District of Columbia and before the US Tax Court.

Duncan J.J. Kessler is a lawyer at Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley on the Dean’s List with BAs in Latin and Political Science with a sub-focus in International Relations. He received
his J.D. summa cum laude from American University Washington College of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for four years for Justice Denise Francois of the Virgin Islands Supreme Court when she was a Judge at the Superior Court of the US Virgin Islands, interned at the DC Superior Court, and was a paralegal for three years at the Law Offices of Linda M. Hoffman. He is admitted to the practice of law in the District of Columbia and the US tax court.
