David Bornn is a senior attorney with Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC and represents clients in the energy, hospitality and government relations sectors, among others. He graduated from Trinity College and received his
public and private sectors, including for global law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, the US Treasury Department and the USVI Bureau of Internal Revenue, and as general counsel and vice president of Globalvest Management Company. She is admitted to the practice of law in the USVI, the State of California, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and before the US tax court and the US Supreme Court. Jorie is also a solicitor in England and Wales and is licensed to practise law in the BVI.
JD from Villanova University School of Law. David has practised transaction law since 1981 in the USVI. He served as chief legal counsel to Governor Albert Bryan Jr from 2018 to 2022, and is admitted to the practice of law in the USVI and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Lisa M. Wisehart is a paralegal with Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC. She graduated from Purdue University and received her JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington, where she served as
Sean E. Foster is a partner with Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC and assists clients with the formation and design of new business ventures and the restructuring of existing business ventures to optimise tax efficiencies,
managing editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. She then clerked for the Indiana Court of Appeals for several years. Lisa currently focuses on working with clients in the Economic Development Program and the Research and Technology Park Program. (Lisa is not admitted to the practice of law in the USVI.)
