Dennison D. Marzocco is a real estate and transactional associate at Rosen Karol Salis, PLLC, and is engaged in a wide range of business transactions. He specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate,
including complex leasing transactions, acquisitions and the sale of real property, real estate financing transactions, franchise matters, contracts and intellectual property matters. Dennison received his JD from Syracuse University and his BA from Washington and Lee University, where he was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. He is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey, and is a New York State- licensed real estate broker.
Leonard S. Salis is a Brooklyn Law School graduate with over 28 years of
