Konstantine Paschalidis is the chair of the litigation department at IX Legal, and has over 17 years’ experience trying cases in New York and New Jersey courts, focusing on shareholder disputes, employment
commercial lending matters. His experience as a business owner and in-house counsel informs his approach to asset protection, with a focus on construction, development law and the representation of institutional lenders. He is a member of the Hellenic Lawyers Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and is co-founder of the Miami Hospitality Alliance.

Socrates Xanthopoulos is the head of transactions at IX Legal, representing owners, developers, institutional lenders, family offices, asset, investment and property management firms, and closely held
companies and individuals in complex real estate and business transactions at all levels of the capital stack, and involving properties across real estate asset classes throughout the nation. He advises on land acquisition and development deals, commercial real estate financing and refinancing transactions, and purchases and sales of multi-family, mixed-use, office, hotel and retail properties, as well as general corporate matters. He is a member of the Hellenic Lawyers Association and the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce.
