Khanh Le is a supervising associate with over six years of experience across banking and finance, energy, M&A and capital markets. Since joining VILAF in 2021, she has advised foreign investors, private
equity funds and financial institutions on cross- border equity investments, joint ventures, project and corporate finance and bank M&A. She has also supported fintech initiatives and advised on regulatory frameworks, securities offerings and IPO processes for Vietnamese banks.
