Paula Lühr is an associate at Garnham Abogados, whose practice covers both tax and corporate law. She primarily advises clients on domestic and cross-border corporate taxation and assists with business
experience in double taxation treaties and the Multilateral Instrument, as well as private wealth planning and VAT, including the taxation of digital platforms. Patrick is the academic director of the Master’s degree in Tax Management and Administration at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and teaches double taxation treaties at the University of Lima. He also serves as director of the Scientific Committee of IFA Chile and is a regular speaker at leading international tax conferences in the region.

transactions. Ian obtained his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2023, having served for four years as a teaching assistant in Economic Law. Before joining the firm, he developed a strong analytical background as a research assistant at the UAI Competition Centre and as a reviewing assistant for a FONDEDOC project on artificial intelligence and law.

Alongside her transactional practice, Daniela teaches Commercial Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
