Pauline Celeyron is a partner in Baker McKenzie Paris’s Intellectual Property practice. She advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with particular expertise in copyright and trade mark law. Pauline is recognised for her extensive experience in digital copyright, intermediary liability, notice-and- takedown regulations, trade mark portfolio management, anti-counterfeiting strategies and complex IP agreements. Since joining Baker McKenzie in 2015, she has supported clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the tech and luxury sectors.

Nella Picou joined Baker McKenzie in 2022. She is an associate and member of Baker McKenzie’s Employment group in Paris. Nella advises French and foreign companies on all their employment
issues. She also assists French and foreign companies with restructuring projects and changes to their legal structure. She regularly advises and represents clients in sensitive workplace matters, including internal investigations and cases involving allegations of harassment and discrimination, as well as broader issues of workplace misconduct and white-collar crimes.
