Magalie advises clients on data protection and cybersecurity matters in the context of advisory engagements, particularly regarding global data privacy compliance programmes and GDPR, and on compliance with other European regulations pertaining to technology and cybersecurity, data and cybersecurity-related investigations and litigation, particularly in connection with investigations or enforcement proceedings conducted by data protection authorities, including the CNIL, and transactions.

Aurore also works on tax aspects of group reorganisations, IP/IT matters and general tax advisory. Aurore is admitted to the Paris Bar and is an alumna of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and ESCP Business School.
