Ardian Rexha is managing partner of Rex Law Partners and an attorney at law based in Kosova. Before founding Rex Law Partners, he led Deloitte’s legal practice in Kosovo and previously worked in the judiciary. He
advises international companies in financial services, energy, construction and telecommunications, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, regulatory matters and fiscal legislation. Ardian holds an LLM in International and European Economic Law from Maastricht University. He is the author of several publications in international legal journals and has been repeatedly recognised as one of the leading lawyers in Kosovo by reputable legal journals.
Vjollca Hiseni is a senior counsel at Rex Law Partners. She has developed a strong professional background through her work at leading law firms in Kosovo prior to joining the firm. Her practice spans corporate law,
mergers and acquisitions, competition law, employment law, energy law, data protection and consumer protection. She advises major international companies, with particular experience in data protection services, corporate governance and the energy sector.
