Scott Colvin is an award-winning M&A lawyer who has advised on some of Australia’s most significant transactions. He has particular depth in franchising, food and retail, and large-scale distribution, and acts for
Lachlan Speirs works across the corporate, M&A and franchising practices at Archer Scott, advising clients on a broad range of commercial and transactional matters. He has experience in
founders and corporates across the full deal life cycle. Scott has worked in market-leading top-tier global and national law firms. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and a Certificate of Applied Corporate Finance from Cambridge University, among other qualifications.

Warren Scott is an internationally recognised expert in corporate law and franchising, and a natural fit to lead the sale or purchase of a mid- market business. He is sought out for his strategic and commercial
approach and his network, and he concentrates on the goal, whether that is a quick transaction or a long-term growth strategy. Rather than focusing on billing by the six-minute unit, Warren focuses on those activities that build actual value through innovation, strategy and his national and global network. He holds a Masters of Commercial Law from Melbourne University.
