contact for all matters relating to Liechtenstein banking and financial services law, insurance law and investment funds regulation. Christina advises on licensing and regulatory matters, product structuring, financings and M&A transactions in regulated sectors. She also advises private clients and family offices on wealth and succession planning. Christina holds a Master’s degree from the University of Vienna, an LLM in Banking and Securities Law and a PhD from the University of Zurich. She is admitted to the Liechtenstein Bar and publishes regularly on financial services law and related topics.
