Nazahath Ahmed joined Premier Chambers LLP in 2024 as an attorney and engages in multi-transactional work. Primarily focusing her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, she has previously acted as counsel for banks and financial institutions in connection with corporate transactions and regulatory matters. She is well-versed in litigation and dispute resolution and has extensive experience in tax and enforcement matters. In addition, she has represented the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) in the courts and tribunals during her tenure there.
Aifa Shareef of Premier Chambers LLP is an experienced chartered accountant with a strong background in tax audits and investigations. At
MIRA, she conducted audits of medium, large and international taxpayers, including multinational corporations. She also led criminal investigations of tax-related offences and played a significant role in enforcing tax laws and ensuring adherence to both national and international tax standards. She was actively involved in the Tax Inspectors Without Borders (TIWB) programme and worked alongside international experts to enhance the tax systems in the Maldives.
Maaisha Mohamed Musthafa has assisted in a wide range of legal matters, including civil and criminal litigation and corporate and commercial transactions. She is experienced in drafting complex
Noorul Hudha Ahmed of Premier Chambers LLP is a chartered accountant (ACCA) with expertise in tax auditing and regulatory compliance. During her tenure at MIRA, she demonstrated proficiency
contracts, civil claims and responses as well as corporate documents. Some of her notable work includes working on loan transactions and drafting security documentation. She has previously served as in-house counsel at the Maldives Monetary Authority and is experienced in reviewing, drafting and translating laws and regulations relevant to the financial sector. With over nine years of experience in the legal field, Maaisha is currently an in-house attorney at Premier Chambers LLP.

She subsequently joined the large taxpayer and international tax audit department, dedicating over two years to auditing multinational corporations and large entities. Later, as deputy manager of the Medium Taxpayer Audit Department, she led audits for nearly two years. She is currently a member of the Tax Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives.
