Jeremy Pooley is a special counsel and head of SASLO’s corporate and commercial practice and an interna - tional corporate lawyer of over 25 years’ standing. He specialises in mergers, acquisitions and divest -

He has significant experience in dealing with high-profile cases, representing various clients, including government-owned entities as well as local and international corporates. He is an expert in handling complex disputes across a range of sectors and is well-known in arbitration and alterna - tive dispute resolution, with particular expertise in construction arbitration. She advises clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including advising consortia and lenders on independent water projects in Oman.
