Christianne Grace F. Salonga is a partner in CMT’s corporate and commercial law group. Her practice areas include capital markets,
securities regulations, competition, corporate and commercial law, M&A, and project finance. She acted as counsel to issuers and underwriters for initial public offering and follow-on offering. Christianne contributed to international memoranda on shareholding disclosure and investment limitation regimes, and on pre- insolvency enforceability of derivative transactions for the Philippines. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Law School of Ateneo de Manila University, and earned her Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney, Australia.
