Azmul Haque is the managing director and founder of Collyer Law LLC. A tri-qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore, England and Wales, and India, he advises multinational corpo - rations, growth-stage companies,

investors and founders on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, technology-related commercial arrangements, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. His practice focuses on technology, fintech, digital assets, e-commerce and other emerging sectors. Prior to founding the firm, Azmul practised with Olswang, Berwin Leighton Paisner, WongPartnership and Shook Lin & Bok.

Aaron Leong is a practice trainee at Collyer Law LLC. He assists qualified lawyers on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory work.

Ashley Chew is an associate director at Collyer Law LLC and an intellectual property and technology lawyer based in Singapore. She advises multinational corporations, SMEs and start-ups on both contentious and

non-contentious intellectual property matters, including trade mark disputes, portfolio manage - ment, commercialisation of intellectual property, technology transactions and regulatory compliance. Ashley also advises on data protection, employment and technology-related regulatory issues involving emerging technologies, e-commerce and digital platforms. Prior to joining the firm, she practised at a leading regional law firm and headed the trade marks practice of the Singapore office of an interna - tional patents firm.
