Katarzyna Paczuska-Tokarska joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak in 2006 and has since provided invaluable counsel to clients across the entire spectrum of legal disputes. Promoted to the position of partner in 2020,

Prior to joining SKS, Justyna worked as an in-house counsel for a leading construction company, where she was responsible for independently handling disputes with clients, consortium members and subcontractors, and supervised the handling of construction disputes involving external law firms. She also worked as an associate at a boutique law firm specialising in arbitration.
Katarzyna has gained experience in handling complex court, administrative and arbitration cases. Her primary focus lies in infrastructure disputes involving state-owned companies and complex construction-related matters governed by FIDIC rules. She also has extensive experience in real estate and post-M&A disputes. Katarzyna also serves as an arbitrator in domestic arbitrations under the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (SA KIG) and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration.
Barnaba Skibniewski joined Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak in 2009. He specialises in handling complex infrastructural disputes – both litigation and arbitration. He is renowned for his pre-litigation
advisory in construction and infrastructure projects and adept management of both FIDIC and non- FIDIC claims during contract execution, as well as for resolving intra-consortium disputes. He has also significant experience in representing clients in intellectual property and labour law cases.
