Monica Chong Wan Yee is a partner in WongPartnership’s commercial and corporate disputes practice and the international arbitration practice. Her practice covers a broad range of sectors, including energy, financial
services, business consultancy, trade and investment. Monica has acted as counsel under various arbitration rules, including the ICC, ICSID, SIAC and UNCITRAL. A key focus of Monica’s practice is the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. Monica is an associate mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. She serves as an Exco Member of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA) and is the Principal Examiner for the Civil Litigation module of the Singapore Bar Examinations (Part B Preparatory Course). She is also serving her second term as a member of the Criminal Law Advisory Committee (Hearing).
