Frank Oh Sheng Loong is a partner in WongPartnership’s banking and financial disputes practice. His main areas are international arbitration, litigation and mediation covering commercial, international sales,
energy and investment matters, with a focus on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes as well as insolvency and restructuring.
