Patricia Kay L. Tysmans-Clemente is a partner at ACCRALAW and the monitor of the litigation and dispute resolution department. She is actively involved in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, construction law,
she graduated as Salutatorian of her class and placed sixth in the 1989 Philippine Bar Examinations. Her practice encompasses a broad range of civil law matters, including damage suits, estate proceedings, contractual and property disputes, product liability, constitutional issues, election law, insolvency, insurance and family relations. She likewise has extensive experience in criminal litigation, having handled both prosecution and defence in significant and high-profile cases involving murder, graft, swindling, libel, illegal possession of firearms, and theft.
