Sara Nazaré is a law graduate from the University of Lisbon and brings strong and
consolidated expertise in IP. Before co-founding NLP in 2024, she co-ordinated the IP department at Vieira de Almeida & Associados for five years. Sara’s deep experience encompasses complex patent litigation across diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals and telecommunications, before Portuguese courts and the Unified Patent Court. She adeptly handles infringement and damages cases and across various forums, including court and arbitration proceedings, nullity/cancellation actions, and administrative matters.
