Désirée Heintz is a patent attorney and partner at Eisenführ Speiser, and a member of the patent litigation group. She has extensive experience in evaluating

medium-sized companies, in complex, multinational patent infringement and nullity proceedings before all German courts and the UPC. Sönke has recently made a name for himself in the enforcement of standard- essential patents for well-known patent pools, such as Sisvel and multinational technology companies including Philips, helping shape the relevant case law of the German courts. He is experienced in infringement proceedings concerning utility models, and in PI proceedings for non-validity-tested patents, having contributed to one of the most relevant landmark decisions in recent years in that context.
