Eduard Scheenstra heads the Banking and Finance: Transactions team at CMS Amsterdam. He specialises in syndicated secured corporate lending, real estate finance, asset finance and leveraged finance

Etiënne Courbois is a partner in the Banking and Finance Group at CMS Amsterdam. He advises both lenders and borrowers on domestic and multi-jurisdictional (debt) finance transactions, with a focus on

transactions. He regularly advises international lenders and corporate borrowers on cross-border financing deals. His pragmatic approach and ability to close complex transactions are reasons for clients to instruct Eduard. On cross-border deals, he works closely with CMS offices around the world. Eduard also co-heads the CMS International Real Estate Finance Group.

Jenny Noordermeer is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance Group at CMS in Amsterdam. She advises on a wide variety of financing transactions, with a specific focus on commercial real estate, hotels and

leisure and energy. Clients include national and international financial institutions, financial sponsors as well as companies, whom she advises in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
