Chrysa Kalantzi is an associate employment lawyer, and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2017 and of the Greek Association of Labour Law and Social Security since 2018. She specialises in individual and collective employment law, and handles complex workplace issues, including litigation and strategic advisory. Her expertise includes executive hiring and dismissal, TUPE, collective bargaining, occupational accidents and flexible working schemes. She also drafts HR policies and compliance frameworks. Chrysa advises clients across diverse industries such as energy, pharmaceuticals, banking, construction, logistics, healthcare, technology, hospitality, retail, telecommunications and transportation.

Nikolas Sigkridis is a senior associate specialising in labour and social security law, with over 12 years of experience. He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2013, and advises multinational

clients – primarily in the industrial and banking sectors – on individual and collective employment matters, flexible work arrangements, terminations and strike actions. He regularly represents clients before Greek courts, and provides ongoing employment law support. Nikolas is recognised for his strong litigation track record and practical legal advice.
