Authors
Rashel Ann C Pomoy is the deputy head of the labour and employment department at V&A Law. She advises local and international clients on the full range of labour and employment matters, including advisory, transactional and contentious work. Her practice includes day-to-day advisory, workplace investigations, restructuring, cross-border transfers, policy drafting and compliance. She also represents clients in litigation before labour tribunals and civil courts.
Paolo Miguel Consignado is a senior associate at V&A Law. His areas of practice include employment-related litigation, regulatory guidance on Philippine labour law and related issues, corporate mergers and
restructuring, civil and criminal litigation, international and domestic arbitration, intra- corporate disputes, estate proceedings, and intellectual property enforcement and litigation. He contributed to the Philippine Chapter of the Chambers and Partners Global Practice Guide: Copyright in 2019, and to the Chambers and Partners In-Depth Overview on Employment Law in the Philippines in 2025. Paolo earned his Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2016, where he graduated with honours.
