Hong passed the fifth Korean Bar examination and has developed extensive expertise in various areas of labour law, including illegal dispatch, unfair dismissal, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, organisational transformation and labour union matters. In honour of his professional excellence, he was recognised as a “Rising Star” in labour law in 2024 and has contributed to numerous authoritative publications on employment law. Douglas Hwang is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC. He practises in the areas of employment and labour law. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2016 and has been publishing, as a co-author, since 2019 on employment and labour law in Chambers Global Practice Guides.
Young Min Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC mainly focusing on employment and labour. Mr Kim has represented and advised a large number of global and domestic companies on employment and
labour matters, reviewing employment agreements, employment rules and other internal rules, etc, and advising on collective labour relations, illegal dispatch and non-regular workers. Mr Kim has also handled investigations of sexual harassment and workplace harassment, as well as litigations on wrongful termination of employment, etc.
