Abdourahim Bodeen Diallo is a senior associate at Thiam & Associés. He has extensive experience in business law, with a focus on M&A, corporate law and financing. He advises a clientele of African and
Tokpanan Doré specialises in corporate and digital law, with a focus on data protection and cybersecurity. He holds a master’s degree in business law (Université Catholique de l’Afrique de l’Ouest), and also
international groups on their projects in various sectors such as energy, mining, infrastructure, telecommunications, tech and finance. He also advises on labour law and corporate governance. In particular, he is involved in the negotiation and legal structuring of multi-jurisdictional transactions. Recently, he has advised leading international companies including Bank of America, Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Chalco Guinea and Karpowership on strategic transactions in the OHADA region. Fluently bilingual, Bodeen works in French and English.

Joane-Dominique Bah holds a bachelor’s degree in law and ethics from CERAP – Université Jésuite d’Abidjan, as well as a master’s degree in business law and corporate taxation from the Institut Universitaire
d’Abidjan. She has experience in legal and tax advisory, gained within renowned law and consulting firms, notably KSK Cabinet d’Avocats, Coumbassa & Sanden Conseil, as well as with the Olam Agri group. Thierno Moustapha Diallo is an associate in Thiam & Associés’ employment law and corporate tax department. He advises on day-to- day transactions and more strategic operations. He regularly advises the firm’s international clients on the Guinean social and tax regulations applicable to the recruitment or expatriation of their employees. He also assists them in contentious proceedings. Recently, he was involved in a review of the employment contracts of
Albert Dione is a specialist in maritime transport and customs law, advising on maritime projects and customs transactions in Guinea and the OHADA zone. He has expertise in renewable energy, particularly
hydropower. Recently, Albert advised a Turkish group on a power purchase agreement in Africa and contributed to the financing of a 300 MW hydroelectric power plant in Guinea. Holding a doctorate in law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, he is admitted to the Paris Bar and worked in French and Anglo-Saxon law firms before joining Thiam & Associés. He speaks English, Serer and Wolof.
