Mamadou completed his university studies in Guinea at the Université Général Lansana Conté de Conakry and in Senegal at the Université Amadou Hampaté Ba de Dakar and the Institut Supérieur de Droit de Dakar. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Judicial Careers and a master’s degree in business law. He began his career with the Guinean Ministry of Justice in the Direction Nationale de la Justice de Proximité et de la Promotion du Droit. He speaks French and Peul.
