Renée Marie André is a partner with Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC. She represents clients before the EDC, as well as in probate, trusts and estates, real estate, corporate transactions and family law matters. Renée holds
Dunn & Crutcher, the US Treasury Department and the USVI Bureau of Internal Revenue, and as general counsel of Globalvest Management Company. Jorie specialises in territorial residency matters and income sourcing advice, among other areas. She is admitted to practise law in the USVI, the State of California, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Supreme Court, and before the US Tax Court. Jorie is also a solicitor in England & Wales and the British Virgin Islands.

Lisa Wisehart graduated from Purdue University and received her JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington, where she served as managing editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. Lisa
Sean Foster is a partner with Marjorie Rawls Roberts PC. He assists clients with the formation and design of new business ventures and the restructuring of existing business ventures to optimise tax efficiencies,
then clerked for the Indiana Court of Appeals for several years. She presently focuses on working with clients before the USVI EDA and the UVI RTPark (Lisa is not admitted to practise law in the USVI).
