Roman Světnický is a counsel at HAVEL & PARTNERS, specialising in competition law. He provides legal advice on cartels, abuse of dominance, assessment of mergers and

Before joining the firm, he worked for eight years at the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition, including acting as its vice- chairperson responsible for competition in 2008–2010. Robert is a co-author of several commentaries and monographs, and the author of several dozen professional articles, in addition to lecturing at universities and international conferences.
