Robert Nersesjan is an associate and a competition law specialist at HAVEL & PARTNERS with a focus on regulation, compliance and strategic advice. He is currently

In pharmaceutical law, Martin focuses on issues related to the distribution of medicinal products and devices, pricing and reimbursement regulation. He also advises pharma manufacturers on competition issues regarding their intended projects, including issues related to dominance, setting up distribution models and assessing bonus schemes. Martin is a member of the Czech Bar Association.

Robert contributes to providing advice on various issues, including abuse of dominance, merger clearance, cartels, foreign direct investment and compensation of damages caused by anti-competitive conduct. He has represented clients in proceedings before both the Czech competition authority and the European Commission. Robert is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
