Elin Moen has extensive experience in handling complex competition law matters both in Norway and internationally. Elin advises on all areas of competition law, including

antitrust, competition litigation and merger control. Before rejoining BAHR, Elin served as in-house counsel for an international media and technology group. Elin has also previously served as a member of the Norwegian Competition Appeals Tribunal. In addition to competition law, Elin has significant experience advising on IP-related matters, patent litigation and regulatory issues in the life sciences field.

Helge has advised on major mergers, including the Phase II investigation into Schlumberger’s acquisition of ChampionX. Helge has also handled significant antitrust cases, such as advising a major grocery chain in the NCA’s “price hunter” antitrust investigation. He is experienced in state aid law and regulatory issues, serves on committees for the Norwegian Bar Association and the Centre for Continuing Legal Education, and is a guest lecturer at several institutions.

Arne Torsten Andersen is a leading Norwegian lawyer with over 20 years of experience. Arne specialises in competition litigation, public procurement, state aid and general EU/EEA

law. He has previously worked at the EFTA Surveillance Authority, where he conducted significant litigation before the EFTA Court and the European Court on a regular basis. Arne is a highly ranked lawyer and is also a sought- after speaker. He is affiliated with the University of Oslo and has served as an arbitrator.
